3 Questions to Ask Yourself in a Crisis (approximately 30 minutes)
No one wants to go through a crisis; however, there are opportunities that can emerge in times like this that will never happen otherwise.
Using a virtual team meeting to process these three important questions is a great way to make sure people are showing up well during of this defining moment.
Step 1 - Send this article (click here to download) to your team members 3-5 days before the virtual meeting. Be clear that they need to read the article before the meeting and encourage them to think of their answers to question #1 and #3. Step 2 – Schedule a 30-minute online meeting with Zoom or another video conferencing option.
Step 3 - Spend 5 minutes welcoming the group and reviewing the key messages from the article.

Carve out some time to deliberately build relationships and team connections at your next virtual meeting. This icebreaker will provide your team members with a much-needed boost of fun and friendly competition.
Step 1 – Explain the rules and objectives of the game:

Step 3 – Start the time, and after the 3-minutes has ended, go around and hear everyone’s answers for each question. Make sure to recognize the person with the highest score with a virtual standing ovation.
