You need someone with experience

We have spent over two decades building teams and developing leaders across the world with organizations that include General Electric, Johnson & Johnson, KPMG, Toyota, Siemens Westinghouse, and The United Nations.

You need someone who understands the “real world”

Beyond owning and operating Leaders for Leaders Tim Arnold has a wide range of experience leading teams and building organizations. This includes launching successful for-profit and not-for-profit businesses, overseeing community outreach and healthcare programs and managing international development partnerships on four continents.

You need someone committed to giving back and making a difference.

Participants don’t just want a great team experience; they want an opportunity to give back. As the name Leaders for Leaders suggests, our goal is to “pay it forward” and make a difference. Each year, 10% of our profit is invested into the development of young leaders who are dedicated to fighting poverty, helping them to become agents of change in their communities and to make the world a better place.
