Participants don’t just want a great team experience; they want an opportunity to give back. As the name Leaders for Leaders suggests, our goal is to “pay it forward” and make a difference. Each year, 10% of our profit is invested into the development of young leaders who are dedicated to fighting poverty, helping them to become agents of change in their communities and to make the world a better place. Tim Arnold has spent over two decades helping organizations unite teams, spark change and get unstuck, with clients that include The United Nations, Citibank, KPMG, Toyota, and Siemens.

Tim is able to provide his clients with a real-world perspective through his experience launching successful for-profit and not-for-profit businesses, overseeing community outreach and healthcare programs, and managing international development partnerships in four continents.

Beyond leadership and team development, Tim is an avid outdoorsman, enjoys traveling, and is a really bad hockey player. His biggest accomplishments are being dad to Declan and Avryl, and husband to Becky.

Claudia Valle

Claudia leverages her background in experiential education so that the leaders and teams she works with reach their goals and their full potential. This has resulted in her designing programs for Fortune 500 companies that include Cardinal Health, Procter & Gamble and Sysco; and delivering cutting edge learning experiences in various countries throughout North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

To ensure her clients are able to tap into the most current and relevant leadership models and theories, Claudia has certifications in Polarity Management®, The Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI®), Skilled Facilitation®, and EQ-i Emotional Intelligence.

When Claudia is not working with teams and leaders, she fulfills her passion for traveling the world and exploring new cultures, and trying to see as much live music as possible!
